What makes this honor especially meaningful is that MSE–Winchester successfully demonstrated implementation of all 11 Principles of Effective Character Education—a rigorous national framework that evaluates how deeply character is embedded into every aspect of a school’s environment, instruction, and community engagement.
This is a national-level distinction—and MSE–Winchester now stands among an elite group of schools across the country that have achieved this honor.
